You are guaranteed a minimum of 25 different photographs. In most sessions, we deliver considerably more—typically around 40–50 images that meet our professional quality standards.
Color + Black & White
Every selected portrait is delivered in both a professionally processed color version and a corresponding black-and-white version.
Private Online Gallery
Your photographs will be delivered through your own private, password-protected online gallery.
High-Resolution Digital Downloads
Download your finished photographs directly from your gallery.
Professional Post-Production
Every delivered photograph receives our standard professional color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and finishing.
Approximately 2-Week Delivery
Your finished gallery will normally be available approximately two weeks following the Summit.

Your private gallery remains available for one year. Need it again later? We can reactivate your gallery for another year at no charge upon request.

Purchase your Mindshare headshot session online for $250.
2 — CHOOSE YOUR TIME
After reserving your session, you'll receive instructions for selecting an available appointment time around the Summit schedule.
3 — SHOW UP CAMERA-READY
Arrive at the professional CDR Photography pop-up studio at your scheduled time.
We'll take it from there.
4 — YOUR HEADSHOT SESSION
We'll guide you through different poses, expressions, and angles to create a varied collection of professional portraits.
5 — RECEIVE YOUR PRIVATE GALLERY
Approximately two weeks after the Summit, you'll receive access to your private online gallery containing your professionally finished photographs.
Download them. Use them. Build your brand with them.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The most important rule is simple: Wear something that makes you feel confident and represents how you want the world to see you.
We recommend arriving completely camera-ready in the outfit you would like photographed.
Professional attire generally photographs beautifully, but your clothing should ultimately reflect your personal brand and personality.
Solid colors usually work particularly well against our graduated gray studio background. Jackets, blazers, dresses, professional tops, and other polished wardrobe choices are all excellent options.
Most importantly, choose something that feels authentically you.

The Mindshare headshot session is designed around one person and one primary look/outfit so we can keep sessions efficient and accommodate as many Summit attendees as possible.
Within that session, however, we'll create variety through:

Christian Del Rosario is a professional photographer based in Dallas and Los Angeles and the founder of CDR Photography.
For nearly two decades, Christian has photographed people, events, executives, entrepreneurs, speakers, and professionals with one simple objective:
Create photographs that look polished and professional while still looking authentically like the person in front of the camera.
During your Mindshare session, Christian and the CDR Photography team will guide you throughout the process—you don't need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera.
That's our job.
Your job is simply to show up.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many photographs will I receive?
A minimum of 25 different professionally finished photographs. In practice, most participants receive approximately 40–50 different images that meet our professional quality standards.
And because every photograph is also supplied in black & white, your final gallery may contain considerably more individual image files.
Do I choose my photographs?
Rather than making you purchase individual photographs, we deliver all of the photographs from your session that meet our professional quality standards.
There are no per-image charges for your standard finished gallery.
When will I receive my photographs?
Approximately two weeks following Mindshare Summit.
Can I use my photographs commercially?
Yes. Your package includes a perpetual license for business and personal use.
Can I use my headshot for my book?
Yes. If your publisher requires a formal photo release, contact CDR Photography and we'll provide one at no additional charge.
Are the photographs retouched?
Basic professional post-production is included.
More extensive Photoshop work or advanced retouching on individual photographs can be requested separately for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the amount and complexity of the requested work.
Can I change outfits?
The Mindshare Summit headshot package is designed around one primary look/outfit per participant.
What if I don't know how to pose?
You don't need to.
We'll guide you throughout your session with posing, body position, angles, and expressions.
Can I purchase my session during the Summit?
Yes, if appointments remain available.
The on-site rate will be $350 compared with the $250 advance rate.
For the best selection of appointment times—and to save $100—we strongly recommend reserving before the Summit.
