By booking your trip through Trips with Xtian, you agree to the payment terms & conditions as outlined in the itinerary. A specific document with the terms & conditions for the specific itinerary may be shared with you along with the first booking confirmation.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION UNLESS MENTIONED OTHERWISE IN THE ITINERARY – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE 

It is the traveler’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance in case of any cancellation. Trips with Xtian does not provide travel insurance services, but will gladly assist you with recommendations.

Trips with Christian / CDR Photography LLC. has made arrangements for the trip services described in your itinerary and final invoice. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing trip services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Trips with Christian / CDR Photography LLC. All certificates and other travel documents for trip services issued by us or our ground operator are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied. 

Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice. Quality and class will remain the same. 

Travelers Insurance

Trips with Christian does not offer Travel Insurance plans. However, we gladly provide several recommendations for Travel Insurance companies should you need one.

Please note that it is the traveler’s own responsibility to purchase travel insurance.

By agreeing to utilize the services of Trips with Christian, the trip participant agrees that Trips with Christian, CDR Photography and/ or Christian Del Rosario, and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Trips with Christian, CDR Photography and/or Christian Del Rosario, and any of their affiliates, employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from: 

1. the act or omission on the part of any person including but not limited to Trips with Christian, CDR Photography and/or Christian Del Rosario, or their employees; 

2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, political unrest, war, or any cause beyond Trips with Christian’s, or CDR Photography's direct control. No person, other than a representative of Trips with Christian authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in t 

Single rooms

Single accommodations are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Single rate subject to change based on availability. For solo travelers who wish to share a room, Trips with Christian can assist with providing roommates whenever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when the tour closes, guests will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates. 

Travelers needing special assistance

You must report any disability requiring special attention to / Trips with Christian at the time the reservation is made.

Please be aware that the Americans with Disabilities Act is inapplicable outside of the United States, and facilities outside the United States for disabled individuals are limited. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing assistance.

Neither Christian, nor its personnel, nor its suppliers, may physically lift or assist clients into transportation vehicles. If a traveler thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, he or she should contact us to determine what assistance might reasonably be given. We cannot provide special individual assistance to tour members with special needs for walking, dining, or other routine activities.

Internationally, a great deal of walking may be necessary to fully enjoy the destination.

Travelers should be in good health and must be able to walk reasonable distances. In some areas, travelers may be required to walk on uneven ground, cobblestone streets or raised thresholds.

Tour Managers and drivers do not provide assistance lifting, pushing, or carrying wheelchairs or walkers. Motorized scooters are not permitted on tour.
